FLOOD BARRIER PRINCIPLE  // HOW DOES IT WORK?

When floodwater hits the front face of the barrier, it generates horizontal hydrostatic pressure. This pushing force presses the barrier firmly against the ground at the rear, creating substantial friction between the base of the barrier and the ground surface.The higher the water pressure → the greater the downward force compressing against the ground → the stronger the friction, and the more stable the barrier. This achieves self-locking driven by water pressure.

LiTong FLOOD BARRIER is a clever PVC device that uses the pressure of oncoming water to stabilize itself.

While more expensive than sandbags, it has been proven to be a highly effective means of containing flood damage. 

A single person can deploy the product in a few hours to protect a home, 

or larger devices can be purchased to protect entire areas and unrolled trucks.
